Compare RAW Organic Hemp and Elements Red Hemp king-size papers. We break down burning, ash, and sustainability to help you decide which fits your roll.
Quick answer
Choose RAW Organic Hemp for a clean, additive-free burn with zero ash, or Elements Red Hemp for a smooth, even burn with a distinctive criss-cross pattern that minimizes residue.
Burn and ash performance
Both papers use hemp, but they burn differently. Elements Red Hemp uses a criss-cross pattern that helps the paper burn smoothly and evenly, and it creates almost no ash residue. RAW Organic Hemp is unbleached and uses no additives, delivering a clean burn that many purists prefer.
Material and sustainability
RAW Organic Hemp is made from organic hemp that is sustainably farmed and vegan approved. It is the world's first organic rolling paper. Elements Red Hemp uses pure hemp as an earth-friendly material, but does not carry an organic certification. If certified organic materials matter to you, RAW is the clear choice.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Elements Red Hemp: Best for a smooth, even burn with minimal ash. The criss-cross pattern helps the paper burn evenly, and it leaves almost no residue. However, it is not certified organic.
- RAW Organic Hemp: Best for a pure, additive-free smoke. It is organic, unbleached, and uses a natural sugar gum. However, it may burn slightly slower than the Elements paper due to its denser hemp fiber.
- Deciding factor: If organic certification and zero additives are your priority, choose RAW. If you want the smoothest, most even burn with almost no ash, choose Elements Red.
